How to divide a currency

What if a nation like New Zealand Aotearoa adopted an internal currency in addition to the dollar.

What is a third currency was added to supplement the two above.

So the first is based on factional reserve banking and controlled by Australian bank boards and legislated by the New Zealand Governemnt. None of the money in a bank account is guaranteed by the government and New Zealanders are ready for a haircut.

That being said we also need ask ourselves is it safe to have another currency in New Zealand that the Governemnt can tax.

What if the new currency was tax free always.

Well that brings us to the computer mediated currency if block chain. (Bitcoin is an example where electricity is converted into processing time of a computer to create a decentralised ledger system)

But in between these two currency we already have in New Zealand is an historic one and that is the bimetallic standard of gold and silver.

I would say a fourth is needed. That of Thorium

Thorium is an electricity ledger. 

At one million time denser energy than a carbon atom bond in coal and oil New Zealand has theoium nicely presented in its iron sands. 

So what is this fourth currency and how would New Zealand change if we had a fifth currency water as a means of exchange.

Water as the fifth produces energy has it runs through a hydro dam.

It's divisible as it is put into water bottled or run into houses by council to fill up a hot bath or shower

It is transportable in that it rains on the farmland and with sunlight and minerals grows plants and forests

It is acceptable as in a cup of tea for a friend or a coffee at the start of the day.

It is durable as it is water in solid, liquid or gas until it is electrolysed and the hydrogen floats off into space and leaves behind oxygen.

It is relatively scarce as the world population triples from one billion 1820 AD to 3 billion people 1969 and triples again to 9.0 x 10^9 in a couple of decades or so and then triples again to 27 billion 13 years after that.

What is needed in New Zeland is a summit to discuss this matter 

Five currency options and only one is used that faviors the billionaires

So at a mayoral race level we can discuss the other four currencies

I can see john key and Barack Obama taking family trips to Hawaii on retirement. The USA president will leave Chicago his home and move to Washington for the time being for his wife to write a book and make $10 million. And the current cabinet of New Zealand leave its home and live exiled from new Zeland with the millions in water right royalty we see Judith Colin's now angling to make. 

The time is now to have that discussion.
