Raspberry Pi 1, 2, & 3 learning GPIO pins and loading Berry boot Ep0001


what three things am i going to cover today.

five uses for gpio pins 1-40. in the raspbery pi 1,2,3, B layaout 
the ealier board A had 26 pins. the first 26 are the same on both boards from my reading of the internet last night.
how to find them. two rows of 20 pins numbered 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12,13,14,15,16,17,18,19,20,21,22,23,24,25,26,27,28,29,30,31,32,33,34,35,36,37,38,39,40
the one pin is closesmto the micro SD slot and for todays post gpio pin one delivers 3.3 volts.
A. 3.3 volts need to fine a ground pin to test it in the other 40 gpio pins
B. number of watts? this will be less that 2.4 amps from power supply to the pi from the wall
C. resistance of the pi board to gpio pin one can be worked out v=I/R. 3.3 volts = watts/2.4amps
D. UNSOLDER an old USB female plug from a flat screen TV that are at Dump as it requires 5.0 volts and connect it up to pin 2&4.
E. the above will let your pi trickle charge via the new USB female with any item using a USB plug like a mobius camera using pin 2&4 5.0volts direct current.

This will get your pin one hot with 3.3volts.

The first pin of 40 on a raspberry Pi is 3.3 volts DC.

And if you watch the video above in the earlier post you will seen pin 2 and. Pin 4. Are 5.0 volts with pin 6 being ground.

However no power comes out until software is activated.

So what I have done is get a program called berry boot loaded onto my micro SD card for my rasbery pi 1,2 and 3. ( zero and Pi1 have a version of berry boot to themselves. pi2 and Pi3 have a version of berry boot to them selves) it is easy to load berry boot.

1. Open a computer web browser connected to the Internet.
2. Google search a term "berryboot"
3. Down load a zip file berryboot for your speciece of Pi
4. Unzip the berryboot download.
5. In a utility format erase the micro sd card with a fat patition.
6. Then copy and pasted the berryboot unzipped files about 13 to 18 of them depending on Pi intended.
7. Transform then micro so card from computer and insert it into the RP
8. Power up the Pi with keyboard, mouse, and Ethernet cable to a broad band router and a screen.
9. The options in boot will be to down load Open Elec and raspian.
10. Open Raspian and open idle.
11. Close idle after you have leaned the Python programming language.
12. Open a consol and sudo command 
13. Open ....

It gets a bit faded my memory at this stage as to what I watched in YouTube videos on getting a LED to turn on with pin one and pin 6, a resister and a breadboard.
